Mizuno Wave Cabrakan

The new shoe's ( Mizuno Wave Cabrakan ) are working out very well. I have been through a lot of shoe's. It is still to soon to say how thay hold up for the long haul. Some good 10mile runs on the trails and I like them! The snow is on the way and that's what I got them for. I will rack up some good miles on this long weekend. Happy Thankgiving!!!

Nice Weekend

We had a great weekend, sunny and warm. Will be all down hill, with winter coming up fast. I had some good run's, low on the over all miles but did a lot of hill's. I have been resting a lot, was sort of off season for me to be ready for all the 100 mile races of 2010. But in the coming weeks I will work on uping my mile's and speed.

Sunny Days

Some of our last sunny & warm running weekends. Nice 8 mile run, on a nice warm fall day. I got a pair of Mizuno wave cabrakan shoe's for my winter training. I use, and love my La Sportiva fire blades. I keep a few pair as backups. I have used many shoe's in the past few years, and the fire blades never let me down. But I wanted to try the mizuno wave, for the grip in the snow.

Halloween

Good 10 mile run up and down hills in the cool fall temps. Starting to work my weekly miles back up, my off season is over, time to move the miles up to be ready for spring 2010. I will start to pick my races soon. I had a good time with my girls going trick or treating, then a pizza party with friends and our kids. My girls got a lot of candy. Good times.
