Cool Running

Winter and x-mas are here. Have had a lot of good running in the past weeks. Saturday after x-mas we have a group run. Over a 100 runner's will show up. It's the waterfalls run, we will run through the valley, past 3 waterfalls. It will be a good 17 mile's and some good hill's! With that many runners it will be fun.
